Order Cancellation Policy
We understand your plans may change and orders may need to be cancelled. We would like to do our best to accommodate your requests. However please note the following:
For all the orders paid by credit card, a 10% cancellation charge is applied. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of delivery date. Otherwise, a 50% cancellation charge is applicable.
For orders where delivery has been attempted, the full price applies.
For cake deliveries, please kindly note that there will be no cancellation allowed after the order is confirmed. In the event that cancellation is needed, the order will still be chargeable at the full price.
To cancel any orders, please e-mail us at admin@giftsflorist2000.com with your order number. All requests will be replied by e-mail whether cancellation request has been accepted, although the notification may not be immediate.
Delivery Policy
Delivery fee is excluded in the quoted price for all items. Different delivery fee is applied to different delivery time slot.
While we guarantee the delivery of a fresh, beautiful arrangement every time, we do not accept responsibilities for late or non-deliveries under following conditions:

Recipient is not present at the given address or at the stated delivery time slot.

The address given is incorrect.

No such person or name at the given address.

Non-contactable telephone numbers of recipient was given to us.

Delivery rejected by recipient.
Redelivery Charges
For redelivery of orders, a surcharge of SGD$15 will be applicable. If redelivery is not made on the same working day or the next working day, please note that we will have to replace your order to ensure that only the freshest and the highest quality gifts are sent to the recipients. This order is chargeable at 35% discount off the original price and is applicable for all perishable gifts like flowers, fruits and cakes.
Redirection Charges
For redirection of orders, a surcharge of $15 will be applicable. In the event that the order is cancelled after delivery has been attempted, the full price will still be payable. Due to some delivery schedule, we are not able to accept redirection delivery requested by recipient.

Refund Policy
Under the following circumstances, refund is possible. The due amount will be charged back to the originating account. All refunds are processed and submitted to the bank within 7 working days* of receipt of your refund request. Thereafter, the bank will process the credit to your credit card. The time frame for the credit to manifest in your credit card statement is defined by the bank.
We offer a full refund, in case an order is not fulfilled, although this is very rare.
We are not able to deliver your orders due to the products out of stock or we are not able to fulfill your special delivery request.

Substitution Policy:
Substitution may be necessary to ensure your order arrives on time, i.e. a specific basket, vase, soft toy etc. Our florists will substitute a similar element of equal or greater value. We use only the freshest of flowers and so will make substitutions depending on seasonal availability.
While we will deliver the types, number of stalks and colors of main flowers that are ordered, however, the fillers, wrappers or the way the flowers are arranged may be different from the image posted. The end product will always be maintained to its professional standard, quality and value
We will change or modify to other product designs of the same value if the colors and flower types are not available. Although this is rare, it can happen when supply is low or demand is exceptionally high during a particular season.
In single-variety arrangements, variety will take preference over colour. For example, if we are out of ‘red roses’, we will substitute another colour of roses, not another flower.
Wherever possible, customers will informed of any major changes to the product before delivery.
Exchange & Return Policy:
We always try our best to serve you better by delivering the freshest flowers. However, should you need to make an exchange, here are some guidelines to follow:
we guarantee that your floral arrangements will arrive fresh on arrival. If the flowers you receive are not fresh, requests for replacement call us at (65) 64527705 or e-mail us at admin@giftsflorist2000.com within 24 hours of receipt of your bouquet, and we will deliver another arrangement of equivalent value at no charge.
For perishable goods such as flowers, fruits, gourmet chocolates and cakes, request for exchange must be made within 24 hours of receipt. Goods must not have been consumed, or for flowers, removed from their original packaging.
Shop with confidence! At Giftsflorist2000.com, if you are dissatisfied with the floral arrangement that you receive, we will either replace the arrangement or give you a full refund as long as the product is returned in its original condition. Please kindly note that all the exchange and return request must made within 24 hours of receipt of your orders.
