Same day delivery is available in all major cities in China on orders placed as late as 12p.m. in the recipient's time zone Monday through Friday (Take note: Earlier times and extra delivery service charge may apply to some areas far away from downtown area). Saturday & Sunday deliveries are available for orders placed one day  in advance. Fresh flowers and most of the items in this section are hand delivered by our local florists. Such as oilpainting and tea are delivered by China speed post.
Hand delivery fee $5 is applied for most of the item as normal delivery. However, speed post and other charges may be applied to some of the items or special delivery time slot.

For multiple deliveries, please specify clearly each delivery dates when placing orders. Our delivery schedules are as follows.  All time and date stated  are based on China time and date. 

• Delivery service available 7 days a week, 10am-10pm. 

• Same day afternoon delivery is possible if order arrives before 12.00pm in the recipient's time zone .

• Order will be delivered on the following day if the order arrives after 5pm.

• For delivery request in morning, order must arrive by 5pm the day before. 

• For delivery request on Sundays, order must arrive by 12.00pm the day before.

• For delivery request on Holidays, order must arrive 2 days before.

• Please inform us by email or call us if urgent delivery is requested.

Customers are requested to provide the following information at the on-line order form to facilitate prompt fulfillment: 

• Name of the recipient 

• Address of the recipient 

• Telephone number of the recipient 

Please provide us with sender's contact number in case of urgent matters.

Products will be delivered over the time range selected by the customers. However, due to unpredictable traffic conditions and unforeseen circumstances, the delivery may not be within the requested time range.

You are requested to provide the following information to us by E-mail if you request for DELIVERY status.

1. Tracking order number or payment transaction no.

2. Name of the sender. 

3. Telephone number of the sender. 

NEW SERVICES: For local senders, we will inform you after delivery by SMS if you provide us your handphone number.

• Delivery fee will be added during check out depend on the delivery area and delivery season. 

• We do not accept responsibility for late or non-deliveries under following conditions:

1. Recipient not present at given address within requested delivery time. 

2. The given address is incorrect or no such a  person at the given address.

3. Recipient (or recipient's agent) refuses to accept delivery (unless due to damaged items).

4. No valid contact number provided to contact recipient in order to  make successful delivery.

5. For hospital deliveries, if recipient is no longer there to receive delivery.

6. Package left at the door step if there is no one to receive delivery.

• Re-delivery will be charged at US$5  upon agreed by Sender. 

1. Changes to address information at the same day of the delivery date will result in a Re-delivery Charge.
